Bajibd Terms & Conditions — The Complete Member Guide

Bajibd.wine (hereinafter referred to as "bajibd" or "the Platform") operates an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, games, bonuses, and transactions on the Platform.

By using bajibd's services, you confirm that you are using them in compliance with applicable laws in Bangladesh and that you are at least 18 years of age. bajibd's services are strictly prohibited for minors.

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information when registering with bajibd. Accounts created using false or misleading details may be terminated at any time, and any balance held in such accounts may be forfeited.

Each individual may open one account only. Multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) per person are strictly prohibited. If detected, both accounts will be closed and all bonuses forfeited.

• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided at registration.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for identity verification.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for large withdrawals.
• It is solely the member's responsibility to keep their account password secure.

• Any bet suspected to be linked to match fixing or fraud of any kind will be voided.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical issue, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to the relevant rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajibd platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.

• Placing bets or playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Operating fake sites or fraudulent activities under the bajibd name.
